Your certificate number matches your student number/application for admission number. You can find it on your invoice or other institutional documents.

It is possible that, in addition to the coverage offered by your association, you are covered by your employer’s, parent’s, or your spouse’s plan. In such cases, it is important that you compare your coverages in order to coordinate them, if you are interested in doing so.
