Telemedicine allows you to communicate confidentially with a healthcare professional by telephone, videoconference or chat, without having to visit the doctor’s office.
Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for telemedicine.
The telemedicine service is available on the same Telus Health portal/mobile application as the assistance program.
