To access the SAP services, please contact Optima at 1-888-660-1983.
You will need to provide your name, your permanent code and the name of your student association when you contact the SAP agent. Additional information may also be requested during your call for identification purposes and to provide you with access to the SAP service.
To connect to the Student Assistance Program, you must first obtain your username and password by contacting Major Plan's Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-877-976-2567 or at email@example.com . You will have access to a chat service with qualified professionals and to an online documentation center available at all times.
