Counseling/support intervention
Virtual, telephone, or in-person consultation with a mental health clinician (psychologist, social worker, psychotherapist, member of a professional association).
Crisis Management Center
24/7 direct telephone helpline.
Legal support services
Virtual, telephone, or in-person consultation with a lawyer.
Budget organization services
Virtual, telephone, or in-person consultation with a financial advisor.
Nutrition support services
Virtual, telephone, or in-person consultation with a dietitian or nutritionist.
Career counseling
Phone consultation with a guidance counselor.
Content platform
Access to a content platform on various topics related to health and wellness.
The number and duration of sessions vary depending on the topics discussed. An experienced specialist with a postgraduate degree will work with you to understand the issue and provide appropriate support.
Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes, and the number of consultations varies depending on clinical needs in the short term.
