Telemedicine allows you to communicate confidentially with doctors or nurse practitioners via videoconference, without having to travel to the doctor’s office.

The telemedicine service is available on the same portal/mobile app as the student assistance program.

You will have quick and easy access to specialists practicing different disciplines to meet a range of healthcare needs. In addition, doctors and other specialists are authorized to make diagnoses, renew prescriptions, request tests, and more. Create your account on Telus Health Virtual Care to start a conversation with a member of the healthcare team. Consultations are unlimited.

Log in to the mobile app or web portal

Here are the steps to follow to create your profile in just a few clicks on the Telus Health Virtual Care portal:

Step 1

Enter your TÉLUQ email address (example: exemple@univ.teluq.ca)

Étape 2

Click on “Send me an activation link.”

Étape 3

You will receive a login link at this email address. You can then continue your registration and start a consultation with a resource person who will guide you to the specialist appropriate for your situation.
