To file a claim for accident and travel insurance, please contact Zurich directly. Here are the steps to follow for accident insurance and travel insurance. When contacting Zurich, you will need to provide your name, certificate number, and group number.

Accident claim

For accident claims, you have three options:

• Via the Zurich online portal → Access the web portal
• By email to zurichGroup@crawco.ca, submitting your receipts and the necessary evidence for the assessment of your claim.
• By mail to the following address: Zurich Group Claims C/O Crawford & Company, 100 Milverton Drive, Suite 300, Mississauga, Ontario, L5R 4H1. Submit your receipts and the necessary evidence for the assessment of your claim.

Be sure to include your name, student ID number, and accident group number in your communications.

Please note that when filing a claim for care received following an accident, accident coverage always applies secondarily when you already have health coverage. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to refer you and assist you with the process.

Travel claim

For travel claims, contact Zurich at the following email address: travelclaims@wtp.ca.

You must include your name, student ID number, and travel group number at the beginning of your emails.
