To renew your travel insurance, you must apply in writing, by sending by email a renewal letter to the attention of Major Plan, at least 2 weeks before the end of your current coverage, at the following email address :                        

When renewing, you may also ask to upgrade your plan from a standard plan to an enhanced plan, by paying an additional premium.

In a second phase, you must contact our Client Service Department, during our opening hours, to proceed to the payment either by bank deposit or by credit card.
