Your Insurance Plan
Through your student association, you will be registered automatically in our group insurance plan. The plan allows you to save on a variety of health services, including dental, vision care and travel.
You will be covered from January 1st to August 31st.
If in doubt as to whether or not a service or treatment is covered, we recommend you send us a request per email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
The plan also provides additional savings through Major Plan’s Rebate Network.
To submit a claim, you will need the following policy numbers:
Your student number correspond to your student number.
Once your tuition fees are fully paid, you will be able to submit claims under the plan. You can also submit claims retroactively, up to one year (365 days) after the service was provided. However, it is recommended that you submit your claims promptly.
If you do not wish to be covered by this insurance plan, you can opt-out during the Amendment Modification Period which is between February 1st and February 20th.
The cost of this plan will be added directly to your tuition bill.
Through your student association, you will benefit from a Student Assistance Program that will become effective on January 1, 2019.
Please note that SAP fees are not refundable.
